· 5+ years of industry experience or, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and 3+ years industry experience.
· Comprehensive understanding of web development, including but not limited to HTML, CSS3, and JavaScript.
· Comprehensive knowledge of at least one modern web framework, such as AngularJS and React.
· Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, C++ or C#
· Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment.
· Solid coding practices, including peer code reviews and unit and integration tests.
· Knowledge of usability principles, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility best practices
· Experience building robust, scalable software and services
· Experience with agile methodologies
· Attention to detail, and the ability to pick up new tools and technologies quickly
· Passion for movies, TV and entertainment
· Ability to work on a diverse team to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

Hands-on expertise in many disparate technologies, typically ranging from front-end user interfaces through to back-end systems and all points in between
