Supply Financial Controlling Manager- North America

The taste:

The successful candidate will be expected to take full ownership of the processes and deliverables, including:
• Lead the Finance team for accurate and timely monthly financial close, KPI and BPM reporting.
• Administer and consolidate annual operating budget, monthly actual and O&R
• Oversee cost analysis and provide financial system support


Lead & manage Supply FC Team to create the financial foundation and control environment for successful supply operations
• Provide decision support to the Supply Finance Vice President and respective Plant Finance Leads
• Being an active player in developing the Supply strategy for the forthcoming years
• Being the driver in implementing Financial Controllership for NAM Supply
• Drives cash planning and forecasting for overall supply areas
• Drive Overhead controlling, ZBB and OH planning for supply area
• Actively manage financial risks and opportunities, anticipate potential risks and provide recommendations to resolve
• Lead and implement Inventory controlling process improvement
• Responsible for the delivery of high quality performance of her/his teams in terms of financial accounting, management accounting, financial reporting, value-add analysis and planning activities
• Operate and continuously improve control environment
• Provide business partnering for all key stakeholders (market finance contacts) & network with various functions within GDBS
• Lead the end to end functional agenda, whilst provide tangible contribution to the delivery of the overall Financial Control strategy
• Identify opportunities for scope extension – actively create possibilities
• Develop cost reduction strategies, drive cost savings projects and opportunities with plant finance, play the role of thought partner & functional expert

How to serve:

• University / College Degree in finance / business
• Minimum of 10+ years working and management experience in multinational corporate environment, with successful experience in managing and driving change in the following areas:
• Financial and Management Accounting, Controlling & Reporting processes
• Knowledge of the beverage alcohol industry supply chain desirable
• Requires excellent leadership/networking skills and ability to lead and influence organizational change
• Ability to work effectively with senior business partners from finance, marketing, sales, and IT functions.
• Accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organized, flexible and able to work effectively across the organization
• Experience on people management
• Effective leadership and coaching skills
• Experience with Shared services process activities
• Senior stakeholder management
