Amazon is looking for an innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Sr. MBA Recruiter to join our MBA recruiting team. The role lies within EU HR Division and is dedicated to the attraction and selection of full time candidates for Amazon EU.

· Responsible for developing strong working relationships with all key hiring managers and working closely with them to ensure graduate hiring needs are met for their groups
· Liaison with Amazon recruiting teams to enable global reach of campus programs and leverage best practices
· Manage and leverage relationships with HR, L&D, Diversity and other internal groups
· Candidate attraction & selection - maintain and improve candidate management throughout process from on-campus events through to offer and closing process in order to attract and close the best candidates
· Management of summer internship for MBAs, including evaluation process & facilitation of hiring decisions
· University relations - development of relationships with specific university careers service centers and societies
· Create innovative plans to develop year round on-campus activities & events that facilitate brand awareness and opportunities
· Manage relationship with the business to ensure diverse representation at all key campus events
· Responsible for ensuring that all data relating to recruiting and candidate management is accurately maintained
· Contribute to broader HR wide projects
· Must have flexibility to travel across both UK and Europe (extensive travel Oct-Mar)
· Operate as the expert in graduate recruitment best practices for all functional areas of recruitment
· Monitor new trends and opportunities to consistently raise the standard for recruitment at Amazon
· Ensure the recruiting process is consistent by conducting top interview skills training for managers
· Ensure 100 % data accuracy of our recruitment database
· Track and analyze statistical recruiting data to determine effectiveness of all recruiting activities, including time to hire and cost per hire


· Solid knowledge of graduate recruitment market practices gained from experience in a similar role
· Competent user of MS Office
· Skilled at partnering with hiring managers and universities in diverse locations to build effective sourcing strategies and relationships
· Demonstrated customer service focus which provides for an excellent candidate experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective influencing skills
· Highly adaptable and flexible as a part of a fast paced environment and the diverse company hiring needs
· Excellent negotiation skills and professional presence
· Able to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines
· Bachelor's degree or higher required


· MBA preferred
· Experience working in a matrix and with managers.
