External Job Description
Purpose of the role

The role is to provide Supply Project Management expertise and broad technical support to the Russia IMC and Supply organisations, focusing on the expanding Innovation and Brand Change Agenda for liquids and packs.
The role is within the Russian Supply , Technical Team which delivers broad leadership on local production, governance and technical part of Innovation and Brand change agenda on Imported and locally produced Spirits

Top Accountabilities:

Formation and leadership of cross business teams to deliver small to large scale brand change, liquid commercialisation and liquid technology activities, focusing on new product innovation and brand change.
Application of required planning, budgeting, tracking, reporting and stakeholder communications processes to support technical needs.
Application of necessary liquid and packaging development skills to ensure “True to Concept” liquid and packaging which performs well at all stages in the Supply Chain.
Provision of broad based local Technical Support to Russian Supply.
Enrolling and exploiting Global Technical Resource to support Russian Supply.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Strong project management skills with sound knowledge of a wide range of liquid and packaging materials and processes including:
Liquid development and commercialisation
Bottle, Closure and Carton development
Artwork specification and management
Reprographics process
Design and development of packaging and materials
Materials manufacturing and due diligence
Materials handling, transportation and transit robustness
Risk Management practices and techniques
Ability to develop sound understanding of R&D processes and Ways of Working.
Commercial awareness and financially literate.
Excellent Russian and English Language skills.
Degree level qualification or equivalent, ideally in technical area.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, being capable of developing sound working relationships at senior levels.
Strong people leadership and management ability.
Excellent organisation, report preparation and presentation skills.
