Customer Experience Program Assistant

We believe that at Amazon every day is "Day One". We are looking for a motivated part-time program assistant to join our Customer Experience Strategy team. This role is a flexi-time role of up to 8 hours per week (schedule to be discussed and determined up front) and ideally suited to someone currently studying an analytical degree and looking for some commercial experience with an exciting, dynamic company.

Job requirements:
· Record the quality of customer-related processes in Amazon
· Analyse the key success factors such as: product availability, pricing and delivery offerings
· A wide range of data collection and varied administrative tasks, some of which could be a mildly physical nature
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Studying/having studied an analytical subject (economics, finance, mathematics, sciences)
· Strong analytical skills including proficiency in Excel
· Good attention to details
· PC/Office competent
· Good written and oral communication in English
· Self starter and extremely organised
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Previous work experience, specially handling data recording and business analysis
· Proficiency in Spanish, German, French, or Italian would be an advantage
· Interest in e-commerce and retail business issues
· Willingness to learn and improve the overall customer experience
