Customer Activation Executive

As Customer Activations Executive you will Report into Ireland Customer Marketing, the department at the heart of our commercial business that ensures our sales teams have all the insight, growth drivers and tools they need to deliver fantastic performance. This role is responsible for leading the customer activation plan, working with sales and European Customer Marketing

Key outcomes:

To activate an 18 month activation plan for your aligned customer as part of the annual IBP process
· To project manage the implementation of all growth drivers/execution standards, deliver excellence in activation
· To execute in store/outlet visibility solutions that overcome operational barriers at the POP e.g. PDUs and dollies.
· To support the provision of accurate product information of all new packs, products and POS items, ensuring we deliver on time every time to our customers
· To ensure customer commitment/nominations are secured within agreed lead times
· Brilliant Execution

Top functional capabilities for this role:

· Experience as Field Sales equivalent, external/internal retail operations or customer marketing experience
· Project Management, Analytical and core selling skills
· Can build powerful relationships and work collaboratively within a team
· Strong commercial drive and commercial curiosity

What would you need to demonstrate in order to be successful in this role?

You have the operational capability to create detailed activation plans aligned to the delivery of our financial objectives, you can flex between long term planning and activation project detail and you are financially astute and rigorous in decision making.
· You can create the conditions for successful internal planning between functions & execution with customers – engaging stakeholders, holding accountability for delivery
· You are commercially curious and you seek to drive continuous improvements in ways of working
