Customer Marketing in Poland is important part of the organisation, sitting at the heart of our commercial business that ensures our sales teams have all the insight, growth drivers and tools they need to deliver fantastic performance.
Commercial Planning & Activation team plays critical role as this team focuses on commercialising the marketing plans and enabling and equipping the sales team to deliver great outcomes for the customer, category and Diageo.

About the Role
As the Commercial Planning & Activation Junior Manager Off Trade you will be responsible for:
Managing P&L for assigned categories for the country delivering NSV, GP and CAAP targets, monitoring Brand performance, working with the Sales teams to develop opportunities and implement them
Inspiring Sales team to deliver assigned categories agenda at scale (both through Brand and Category platforms)
Responsible for translating and localizing One Execution Plan into powerful local commercial plan across channels and customers - collaborating with European Customer Marketing and Sales team
Understands Customers and Shoppers insight and motivations, market channels and category dynamics as well as competitive landscape, collaborating closely with Category Development & Market Intelligence team
Work closely with Innovation Commercialization Manager being responsible for planning and execution of Innovation commercial plan (within assigned projects)
Supervising brilliant execution of Channel/Customer plans in market with our customers
Demonstrating ability and confidence to make the necessary actions required to ensure activities are successfully delivered and course-corrected when required
Providing Best in class’ customer selling propositions
Ensuring A&P and Trade Investment is used efficiently, driving the right ROI, via rigorous M&E

What we’re looking for:
Strong commercial understanding
Previous trade marketing or commercial experience
Ability to manage complex processes and demonstrate drive to make a positive difference to business performance.
Change leadership skills
Self starter - someone who can take initiative and work under their own supervision
Ability to operates with positive intent generating big outcomes for our brands, consumers and customers
Educated to Master Degree level or equivalent.
Fluent in English and Polish (spoken and written).
