Context of Role
Note: We are recruiting ahead of the curve for roles that will become available in the next 2 – 12 months and will be conducting a rolling Assessment process throughout the year.
Salary: Highly competitive plus 35% shift allowance and very generous benefits package.
The shift pattern is rotating days and nights, 7am – 7pm and 7pm – 7am
Example Pattern for illustration: Monday 7am – 7pm, Tuesday 7am – 7pm, Wednesday 7pm – 7am, Thursday 7pm – 7am, Friday - Tuesday Off.

The Role
Our operators are the backbone of our factory. Operators work together in teams to ensure the packaging of our products to world class standards.

Purpose of the role:

This role will sit in one of our production shift teams covering every part of the process from beer intake to finished goods loading. The key relationships will be with the Team Leader, Production and Engineering Co-ordinators, other Production Operators and Quality Technicians.

The successful candidate:

You understand manufacturing, process control and quality control and you get why we’re so passionate about it
You know what it takes to be brilliant at ensuring everyone goes home safe every day
Teamworking is important to you and you are good at building strong relationships
Problem solving floats your boat, you have a flair for proactive, structured , logical problem solving skills and evaluation
And of course your attention to detail is second to none because you want to ensure the quality of your work


Experience of shift working in a production team in an FMCG environment is desirable, but not essential. A Food and Drink related qualification; an FLT licence; or experience of manufacturing processes are all things that would help you be successful in applying for this role.
