To undertake an apprenticeship in Human Resource, leading to a Nationally recognised qualification.

Key Responsibilities
Undertake training, attend courses, produce course work, keep such records and take tests/examinations as the Company, or its appointed training provider(s) consider necessary to satisfy the requirements of the apprenticeship framework.

Providing support to the HR Team, managing all necessary administration processes

Updating and maintaining employee database including starters, leavers and changes

Manage and maintain all staff personnel files

Carry out induction briefing for new employees

Support with organising training courses, liaising with managers and training providers

Maintain reference process for all new starters

Producing all necessary correspondence

Preparing all relevant documentation for audits

Assisting with the recruitment process, liaising with agencies to arrange selection and interviews

Filing and archiving

Creating offer of employment packs

Creating new starter folders

Reporting on absence, sickness, maternity and paternity leave including the management of data for appraisal and end of probation reviews

Supporting the business with employee and management HR queries and enquiries, providing generalist guidance and support

Flagging any potential issues with relevant Business partners

Production of all HR correspondence in keeping with company standards
