Talent Acquisition Lead

Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to be based in the Netherlands. The main purpose of this role will be to deliver an added value and functional Talent Acquisition service to the Benefrux region. This role will require a high level of collaboration with stakeholders and Human Resources. It is essential that the role instills a level of consistency in approach and methodology with a best practice approach being taken at all times in line with AECOM’s globally and international standards. This role will also form part of an EMIA Talent Acquisition team so will involve collaboration with peers in EMIA, however the main emphasis will be on working very closely with regional stakeholders in order to obtain staffing needs, forecasting and to carry out the full life cycle recruitment role whilst managing one direct report and occasional interns.

Job Duties

Manpower planning :
Proactive resource planning in collaboration with Human Resources and key stakeholders as well as and when required.

Live roles:
Carrying out the role of a full life cycle recruiter ensuring that all live roles are managed in a consistent manner
Managing the stakeholders expectations on timescales by communicating effectively verbally and through technology ensuring that there is an agreed hiring plan for all roles
Manage stakeholders expectations and foreseeing challenges in advance in order to raise them to the HR Lead Benefrux/TA Lead EMIA
Utilize all possible different recruitment channels to ensure staff needs of Benefrux region are met
Ensuring that there is 100% compliance at all times and that the appropriate interview techniques and process is being used for each position.
Information sharing with the EMIA Talent Acquisition team in order to ensure that CV’s are shared and utilised across all end markets
Ensure that a diverse pool of candidates are offered where appropriate
Regular meetings in person/technology to ensure partnering relationship is maintained, relevant data is provided and that service levels are being met.
Provide the stakeholders with real-time information regarding talent competition and industry trends.
Develop tailor-made strategies to special project demands & to urgent, short-term staffing needs
Data Integrity :
Ensure that the ATS (Kenexa Brassring) is updated in real time
All data on ad hoc reports are updated in real time and send out regularly
Work to AECOM’s KPI’s
Provide reports weekly, monthly and on an ad hoc basis on recruitment activities that are accurate and updated in real time via the ATS and available technology (to fit the purpose of the business)
Safeguard :
Ensure a safe working environment at all times
Engage in demonstrable behaviour, including safety observations and hazard identification, to reinforce your commitment to safety
Report any safety hazards or risks in a timely manner

Specific Skills Required.
Demonstrable track record of delivering results
Proven ability to conduct and lead full life cycle TA activities with an emphasis not just on delivery but stakeholder and candidate care
Proven experience of utilising applicant tracking systems to their full potential including reporting.
Ability to be “hands on”
Problem solving and solutions orientated person
Ability to manage complex situations
Ability to work in high pressure situations
Possess the experience, confidence, and presence to manage change
Influencing and engagement skills
Fluent in Dutch and English (written and verbal)

Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with ideally a mix of in house and agency recruitment experience.
Experience of recruiting for Professional Services would be preferable

Preferred Qualifications
A relevant internationally recognized degree or industry qualification such as F/MIRP (or equivalent)
