Job Summary
AECOM is seeking to hire an experienced Economist to be based in Gurgaon.An economist applies specialist knowledge to real-world events and developments, providing vital insights into their financial, political and social impact.

Economists research and analyse data that affects the fiscal and monetary policies of governments across the globe, and explain and forecast economic trends based upon that data.

Job Duties :

Market Research and analysis:
Understanding of city wide real estate market scenario
Conduct econometric and comparative market feasibility methodologies
Real estate consulting & Feasibility analysis
Real estate led consulting for large infrastructure projects
Detailed demand gap analysis for discrete and integrated real estate projects
Financial & Economic analysis
Detailed financial analysis – Discounted cash flow analysis and comparative competing business evaluation techniques
Project viability analysis in terms of Residual land value analysis (NPV, IRR)

Minimum Requirements
A Master’s degree in Planning/Economics/Business Administration.
The ideal profile for candidates with 4-6 years of experience with proven skills and experience in Real Estate / Financial Modelling for Infrastructure / Econometric Planning.

Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communication skills
Prior experience in similar projects
