We are looking for an energetic and driven Key Account Manager to join our team.

Main responsibilities
Participates in the design of the channel strategy and is fully responsible for the customer strategy for the customers he is managing
Designs customer plans in collaboration with cross functional team (Field Manager / CMO) in order to achieve financial and qualitative targets.
JBPs which delight the customer are successfully developed and jointly owned.
Successful activation of high impact activity plans based on analysis and core insight into customer strategy, shoppers and consumers
Activities within the agreed JBP are delivered with focus on 100% implementation to maximise the return on investment to deliver the required brand, profit and market share targets
Adherence to consistent business processes and clear ways of working allows us to be agile and always deliver brilliant programmes which meet the customer timelines
Involvement in Net Revenue Management (NRM) process to maximize customer’s ROI through properly controlled and managed customer P&L in line with Trade Terms architecture and Trade Promo
Incremental volume and profit for the customer driven by new opportunities identified and swiftly actioned through the internal network of commercial cross-functional resources
Strong collaboration with Field Manager for target setting, alignment and execution of agreed plans
Choiceful activation of the right sales drivers for the customer based on informed decisions grounded in data analysis and interpretation
Detailed analysis of activity performance ensures targets are successfully reached through necessary course correction as required

What we’re looking for:
Strong sales, commercial and relevant management experience
Excellent relationship-building and conflict management/resolution skills
Strong persuasive, negotiation and presentation capabilities
Good commercial understanding, P&L literacy - strong numerical and analytical skills
Ability to interact at and deliver change through different levels
Team player, focused on total company delivery
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.
