About The Opportunity
You play a key role in the repair, revision and modification of Integrated Drive Generators (IDG’s) and electrical starter motors according applicable manuals and regulations. You will work according to the regulations of the aviation industry and our own "LEAN' policy.

You will be working in the IDG shop, which is located at Fokker business park Oude Meer. The IDG shop now exists of group of people (12) which perform the work full of passion, are flexible and working as a team. Due to increasement of work, further expansion of the shop is required.

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities are:
Inspection, troubleshooting and repairing of above mentioned components;
Administrative wise logging of all activities performed on units;
Working according and familiar with aviation regulations described in EASA and MOE;
Working according the “LEAN” company policy.
Your skills and competences are:
To succeed in this role, you have completed an MBO 4 level education, with aviation school certificate (preferable). You have at least 3 years of work experience and have experience with mechanical aircraft components. Other important requirements are:
Experience with IDG’s and or electrical starters (preferable);
Skills to read and understand English written manuals;
Capable to make the right decision between quality/quantity and costs;
Capable to work under pressure without losing overview;
Cabable to work independent, efficient and in a team;
No 9 to 5 mentality.
