What are the main tasks of the Quality Executive?



  • Managing day to day proactive draught quality calls, dispense and emergency callout operations within priority framework, proactively proposing efficiency and process improvements into the regional and national quality strategy

  • Positively influence on trade customers to deliver great looking and tasting products on a consistent basis through structured sales presentations

  • Make sure all quality KPIs are met within the Birmingham territory

  • Produce periodic reports on activities and performance


What are the main tasks of the Quality Executive?



  • Live within the Birmingham territory

  • Be at least 21 years old, and have a clean, valid driving license

  • High service levels to customers, including flexible working hours

  • Experience in sales is desirable, but a passion for it is a must!
