Recruiting Manager, EMEA Tech Sourcing

The AWS EMEA Talent Acquisition team is continuously driving new innovative sourcing methods to supply the tech talent behind this rapid growth. This opportunity is for a Recruiting Manager to own the expanding Tech Sourcing function in EMEA responsible for Development Engineering talent pipelines. You will evangelise next generation sourcing strategies whilst attracting developing and retaining your own team of Sourcers as part of the wider Sourcing function.

In addition to achieving hiring goals you will be responsible for:

· Coaching, developing, training, hiring new sourcers for the Development Engineering EMEA Sourcing team
· Building data-driven sourcing and pooling strategies that meet current and future business objectives and scale with the rapid EMEA growth of AWS.
· Identify talent trends and leverage relative market knowledge, data and competitive intelligence
· Lead by example through evangelising sourcing best practices and driving your team daily towards experimenting with next generation techniques
· Ensuring Sourcers are managing to milestones and metrics
Driving, developing and scaling programs for a variety of Development Engineering positions.


· Experience building, coaching and managing a Talent Acquisition team in a high-tech, fast-paced environment
· Experience working with recruiting tools, including resume databases, Internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets.
· Demonstrate a passion for talent pool research and experimenting with new sourcing techniques


· Experience leading a technical sourcing team in a similar environment
· High level of judgment with an ability to thrive in a results-oriented environment
· Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing strategies with an ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively
· Workforce planning experience
· Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow between Candidates, Hiring Managers and the Recruiting team
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Experience recruiting for technology skill sets.
