Program Manager, Digital Ad

Amazon’s display advertising team is looking for a Program Manager to drive the development of a new programs that supports Amazon business team marketing initiatives through our fast growing and industry leading platform, Amazon Advertising Platform (AAP). The Program Manager will develop and strengthen long-term relationship with internal business teams through activities including but not limited to: training, onboarding and implementation, technical support and troubleshooting, consulting on campaign management best practices, and serving as an advocate for business team’s advertising needs. This requires working closely with various internal stakeholders in order to deliver successful campaigns and provide world class service to internal business teams. In addition, you will have the opportunity to define and shape the program in an early stage by influencing and making significant impact on the processes and tools in close collaboration with technology teams.

Responsibilities Include:
· Own the display advertising program relationship with Amazon internal businesses and provide consultative and technical program support
· Engage with internal business teams to identify opportunities, define success metrics, and help develop scalable display programs.
· Provide onboarding support, education, continuous product usage consultation, and industry best practices to ensure success.
· Analyse ongoing campaign results and make recommendations for improving campaign performance.
· Help drive evolution of the platform through ongoing client feedback loop and close collaboration with cross-functional teams ranging from Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Analytics to Finance.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues; communicate, triage, and manage open tickets to resolution.
· Continuously build and improve processes and tools for the team to serve clients in a more effective and scalable manner.


· Bachelor's degree
· Proven experience in an advertising, finance, operations, or analytical role
· Experience with digital advertising platforms such as AdWords, DoubleClick, Atlas, etc.
· Experienced working with cross-functional teams


· Experience with Demand Side Platform (DSP) is a plus.
· Experience of working with technology/development teams is a plus.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Advanced Excel skills
· Basic SQL skills.
