The Global Mobility (GM) team manages and facilitates the cross-border mobility of talent within Diageo.
The GM Operations Budapest team has the primary responsibility for delivering accurate, timely and compliant GM services to Diageo's cross-border talent, with exceptional customer service at the heart of every interaction. Additionally, the GM Operations Budapest team provide administrative support to the GM Advisory London team.

The GM Coordinator role will provide the operational support necessary to deliver the Diageo Global Mobility Agenda through brilliant customer service.

How to serve
Delivers to agreed performance levels and beyond
Takes instruction and collaborates with the GM Advisory London to ensure correct handoffs and reduction of complexity for our customers
• Provides brilliant customer experience being the initial point of contact for our assignees and stakeholders
• Excellent team work with the GM Operations Budapest team and with the GM Advisory London team to ensure service continuity, great customer experience, mutual learning, growth and overall reputation
• Undertakes the following GM Operational tasks:
-Cost Projection (CP) Management – CP preparation, communication & consultation
-Global Mobility Initiation Form (GMIF) Management
-Assignment Approval Management - approval submissions, follow-up (where necessary), storage and tracking
-External Vendor management
-Immigration management
-GM systems & International Assignee (IA) records management
-Case management in Workday
-Introduction emails to assignees & lead briefing calls
-Management of International Assignee documentation - letter of appointment (LOA) generation, approval management, ensuring signed letters are returned and stored in assignees case folders
-Exception Management – supporting the GMA with tracking approved exceptions
-IA Compensation setup
-Payroll Management (monthly payroll instruction)
-IA End Date Management
-Management of Termination Reports
-Project work

• College or university Degree
• Near native English language knowledge
• Articulate, with excellent communication skills and ability to act in a calm, rationale manner whilst under pressure
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and is organized and efficient
• Knowledge and proficiency with Excel
• Experience within a global mobility function preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of global mobility systems, policies and processes or demonstrable evidence of interest in Global Mobility
• Ability to work within a task orientated environment with controlled workflow and closely measured SLAs/KPIs
• Experience of adaptation to change within a shared service centre
• Demonstrable skills in building relationships and working with multiple stakeholders
