About The Opportunity
Position Summary:

The GKN Aerospace Graduate Program is an intensive and highly personalized fast-track development program aimed at our future leaders. The program gives a unique introduction to GKN Aerospace within our North America Aerostructures group and allows you to set your own goals, grow technically and interpersonally, and explore your interests within the company. The goal upon completion of the program is to be placed in a significant leadership role.

Throughout the program we give you the opportunity to test and grow your technical and leadership skills by providing a mentored experience with real-world projects, complex problem solving, and the ability to impact actual change within the company.

Key Responsibilities
Program Structure:

A 36 month rotation (three job placements, 12 months each) across our GKN Aeorstructures North America (GKN ANA) division. Each rotation will be in a different business site working with diverse professionals to develop a multi-faceted understanding of our business. The first rotation is engineering focused with the possibility of additional disciplines for the 2nd and 3rd rotations if desired or available.

Upon the successful completion of the rotational program you will have the opportunity to be placed in a fast tracked leadership role. This role could be anywhere across the GKN ANA division depending on your individual skills, interests, and passions.
