Your professional challenge within Amazon Video, Digital Store:
You will build strong relationships and facilitate discussions with film and TV studios to increase selection and engage them in growth opportunities. By analyzing customer data, as well as competitors and the market segment in general, you will identify selection gaps and seek out new Studios to fulfill this demand. You will help shape and manage the promotional strategy for your vendors, delivering compelling offers to our customers that drive profitable growth. As an innovator within the company, you will help to develop new product groups and improve the customer experience to deliver further growth. You will seek out ways to automate & simplify manual processes in order to improve productivity. You will work closely with the site merchandising, operations and product management teams for your category. The performance of your product category, customer experience and operational efficiency will determine your success.

· Professional experience ideally in an e-commerce, retail, key account management or consulting environment.
· Proven ability to influence others in a business setting. Strong communication skills and an assertive approach, whilst maintaining your ability to be vocally self-critical.
· Outstanding analytical skills and experience in planning and forecasting. Passionate self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas.
· A business focused way of thinking and a strong hands-on, results-driven mentality.
· Excellent English skills University degree required ideally in a technical or analytical discipline.


· Excellent marketing skills, a feel for customer needs, as well as a high degree of innovative prowess
· Excellent knowledge of Excel and database work, with experience in SQL as a plus MBA from leading business school beneficial.
· Relevant commercial category experience
