Program Management Intern (6 month position)

The International Business Operations team reports to the International Customer Success Director and has a vacant position as Program Management Intern based in London who thrives on a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The intern will mainly support the international Training Program which aims to build and maintain knowledge and expertise across our organization. Tasks of the intern will include being contact for our international training program, setting up training logistics, monitoring KPIs and helping to launch new training initiatives.

The intern, Program Management will focus on these areas:
· Point of contact for training: implement, coordinate and schedule training with internal stakeholders (Product & Release Management, Ad services). Design and develop learning curricula that best suits the needs of the content and training audience.
· Stakeholder communication: work on a regular communication of project updates to stakeholders through Newsletters and other communication channels
· Reporting & Evaluation: help tracking KPIs and running business evaluations to measure the success of training programs
· Support in operational tasks : support tracking and improving current Training initiatives
- Biz Ops team member - support the entire team with operational tasks and ideas on side projects
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree (or close to degree) in Business or Management
· Proficiency in English
· Excellent analytical skills, comfortable dealing with numbers
· Proficient Excel user
· Strong communication skills and organizational skills, ability to handle multiple stakeholders
· Ability to work with deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· strong project management skills
· experience in training and e-learning
· working with international markets
· In addition to English, any of these languages: German, French, Spanish, Italian or Japanese.
