Reporting to the Service Plan Operations Manager and responsible for planning, prioritising, and managing multiple maintenance and support contracts across Single and Multi-Technology sites.

Your responsibilities:

Responsible for execution of multiple high value contracts on time, within scope and on budget, as per the KPIs set and clear structure of the contract type
Financial management of contracts to ensure on budget and profitable.
Achievement of CNPS targets through strong customer focus by regular customer contact and efficient handling of customer complaints.
Ensure effective Site visits and audits
Ensure strong health and safety culture within projects, on-site and through effective use of RAM’s. Including Health and Safety Audits.
Ensure all projects are delivered in line with policies and process with specific adherence to Customer Projects Process (CPP).
Maximise the efficiency of labour and materials allocation.
Manage the execution of the maintenance contract – including managing site resource, contract administration, issue resolution.
Prepare the maintenance schedule for the duration of the contract.
Solves problems with customer interaction that results in positive feedback and improved relationship
Provides key interface and communication between the internal functions, outsourced activity, and the customer.
Acting as a lead for a small team of Project Managers.
Provide guidance, support and assistance where necessary for other members of the team.
Support the coordination team in successfully delivering the low vale, low risk maintenance contracts.
Support the bid and tender teams as a Subject Matter Expert to support growth and renewal of service contracts.
Understand customer specific request for contract variations not included in the original scope. Ensure receipt of payments in line with the contract specific rates.

About you:

Advantageous to have field experience as either a field service engineer, maintenance engineer or SAP.
3-5 year of experience technical project management experience in the electrical, mechanical, construction fields.
Experience of Maintenance application of LV/HV Equipment.
Knowledge and Experience of application of Electrical Safety Rules LV/HV either DNO or National Model Rules.
Ability to understand Protection Schemes and Single Line Diagrams.
Strong understanding of Electrical Testing Procedures
Experience based in Electrical Field Service environment.
Technical project management experience in the electrical, mechanical, construction fields
