Human Resources Coordinator Northern Europe

Our purpose as a Human Resources function is to be an agile, connected, accountable performance partner for the business by focusing on the areas where we will make the greatest difference to performance. That requires to fully optimise the end to end HR function, through trusted partnerships with Shared Services and increasing use of Global Centres of Excellence.

The role

As a Human Resources Coordinator you will work alongside Northern Europe HR team who are responsible for roughly 400 employees across various functions. You will provide exceptional project support to the HR team and pro-actively seek out opportunities to support the team in achieving their wider business objectives/deliverables. In addition you will work with Global HR to understand policies, procedures and best practices and assist in implementing and embedding them in the market or function. You will also work in conjunction with our Shared Service Centre to deliver HR Services to the market/function. On top of that you will analyse and use people data to measure the effectiveness of interventions and processes, as well as to provide supporting evidence for business decisions. You will also run inductions for every new joiner across Northern Europe, including talking them through their reward package and any local requirements. Lastly, you will be responsible for managing Purchase Orders across various countries including processing payment in a timely and compliant fashion and liaising with vendors.

Your profile

• Degree level qualified or equivalent
• Experience of working within an HR environment and a high level of integrity, able to deal with sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Operates with a flexible approach, and has the ability to adapt/respond to changes quickly
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal, confident and articulate in dealing with all stakeholders
• Able to effectively prioritise and plan workload to ensure that deadlines are met, without the need for close supervision and often operating within time and resource constraints
• Dutch native speaker and fluent in English
• Good working knowledge of systems as a tool and ideally Workday
