DESCRIPTION

Amazon Fashion is looking for a skilled Junior Project Manager to help support the Content and Creative team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to break into e-commerce or marketing project management. The Junior Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that all content team projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
This is a pan-European role. The Junior Project Manager will work across all Amazon Fashion’s channels: EU5 desktop sites, mobile sites, social media and email. This role will report into the Managing Editor and will work closely with the content, design, finance and site merchandising teams. The role is based in London.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working closely with the Managing Editor to prepare detailed project plans, including resources, scheduling and budgets for each project, breaking projects into realistic actions and timeframes.
On-going delivery of BAU content projects across all EU5 territories (both pan EU and local work streams)
Identifying ways of improving the process and adapting over time
Managing relationships with all stakeholders and communicating key deliverables and deadlines to them in order that they meet their deadlines
Raising and tracking Amazon Fashion marketing PO’s
Tracking and coordinating samples for campaigns, onsite marketing and social shoots
Competitor analysis reports

Skills and qualifications
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
· Must be comfortable operating at different levels in the organization and across various teams
· Ability to mange multiple work streams with competing priorities calmly and efficiently
· Skilled in Excel
· Quick thinker and fast learner
· Able to deal with ambiguity
· Self-starter, with the ability to handle unexpected events calmly and assess prioritize under tight timelines
· Excellent verbal and written communicator
· Experience working with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello)
· Oral and written fluency in a European language is preferred but not essential
· PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
