Job Responsibilities include:
· Collecting, analyzing and reviewing quantitative data and creating meaningful reports to drive business improvement and cost reductions.
· Root cause analysis and uncovering core issues using data, then assisting the Fulfillment Center/Delivery Service Provider to improve and create new measures for productivity and excellence.
· Work with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate, automated and timely
· Own the development of all weekly and monthly financial close and conduct variance analysis against plan and previous period.
· Coordinate with key business partners to develop all planning, forecasting, and reporting models and their continuous innovation and improving the use and ease of interpretation by your Operations partners

Key Characteristics:
· Proven expertise evaluating, analyzing quickly and creating meaningful business reporting
· Proven ability to develop strategic relationships with your business partners – you influence the decisions. You can root cause issues quickly and uncover core issues using data, then assist, consult with, and teach the business how decisions affect costs in their sites and create new mechanisms as they are needed
· Proven ability to deal with ambiguity & provide level-headed guidance during unexpected events

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering or similar discipline with analytical bias
· 4+ years of relevant experience in positions that require analysis and reporting financial results
· Demonstrated financial acumen and analytical experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of business impact and results
· Strong technical background including Excel, Cognos, SQL, Essbase, and Oracle
· Fluent in English. Fluency in German would be considered a plus

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong operational business understanding, including potential impact of business decisions on various internal/external stakeholders
· Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense; proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions
· Manage and prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, growing and ambiguous environment
· Previous experience within a Manufacturing, Distribution Center or Logistics processes and systems a plus
· Career progression and willingness to relocate for advancement opportunities.
