This role requires the ability to drive change within Benefits and influence global benefits strategy. The Europe Benefits Manager role will be focused on driving a shift on benefits policies and practices- leading brilliant execution of Annual Enrolment and employee share plans.
Accountabilities:

Lead the modernization of Benefits across the Europe region, ensuring that Benefits are a seen as a key element of the Total Reward package, and a competitive offering that enables us to attract and retain talent
Serve as a strategic problem solver & make recommendations for various interventions and solutions, where Benefits is a key lever
Manage multiple Benefit vendors for success
Ensure efficient processes are in place with our vendors and that they consistently deliver on Diageo’s performance expectations
Optimize the Benefits expenditures through in-depth analysis, market insights, vendor analysis and/or reallocating costs to yield the highest ROI

Experience required:

Proven experience leading Reward for market(s) delivering results against overall market & HR strategy
Expertise managing benefits within the region, dealing with different vendors and brokers in the region and ensuring effective negotiation of contracts
Project management skills with experience of driving change initiatives as a member of a team.
Ability to prioritise and make tough decisions
Able to build strong relationships, with good stakeholder management, alignment and influencing skills.
