To support delivery of the Global IBP programme we are establishing a team that can complete the design work of the Global Process Framework and the Rolling Financial Forecast (“RFF”), and establish themselves as subject matter experts in the new future state End to End Commercial governance structure.

The Rolling Financial Forecast Analyst will be responsible for:

Supporting the global RFF deployment programme as part of the global implementation team working with Global Data and Anaplan COE functions;
Taking a lead role in each Market or Business Unit implementations assigned to deliver the new RFF process and ways of working and training;
Working collaboratively with local teams and global support network (e.g. Data, Anaplan COE) to co-ordinate each implementation through to completion
Work with all business areas to define and document business requirements (user stories) in preparation for new process implementation and system adaptation, such as definition of gap fit requirements and data flows

The purpose of the role is to closely support delivery of the new RFF process and ways of working into Markets and Business Units, leading local engagement, change activities and capability build around the process.

The pilot of the RFF approach is underway, an outcome of which will be a global roadmap for the implementation of the new approach across all markets and business units. The team of RFF Analysts will take active roles in the implementation into each market and business unit assigned.

Qualifications and experience required

Able to communicate effectively at all levels
Customer oriented, with excellent business acumen and business partner facing skills.
Able to challenge and prioritise user requirements.
Understanding of commercial, supply, and finance processes and ways of working
Excellent process and systems analytical skills
Self-assured, dynamic, open to ideas, able to influence others.
Curiosity and an enthusiasm for acquiring knowledge and learning new skills
