The role

In this amazing dynamic role you are the ambassador for our Reserve portfolio (our luxury brands including Cîroc and Johnnie Walker) and you are the personification of these brands. The role is also a commercial position aimed at building the Reserve knowledge, awareness and adoration with our On-Trade (horeca) customers, driving and inspiring customer loyalty and demand, which will in return transform into consumer demand. The Ambassador will be pivotal in not only ensuring our customers are serviced to a level where visibility, perfect serves/rituals, recommendation, events and competitions drive a constant turnover of our brands, but that they are all to the Reserve standard.

You have the ability to build great relations with key influencers in the industry and know the right places to go to. You engage with bartenders to ensure they are serving our drink in the right way and know to tell the story behind our brands. Your job isn’t done until our products are visible to consumers and perfectly served in the right places. This is a commercial position and you are responsible for driving and inspiring customer loyalty while implementing marketing activations in luxury bars, clubs and restaurants.

Other responsibilities will be to:

• Understand consumer types, attitudes and trends
• Identify emerging trends and communicate that knowledge to key contacts within the team
• Develop profitable programs while partnering with our customers in the on-trade
• Use customer insights while executing activation plans
• Use sufficient metrics in order to identify key areas of focus, assess alternatives and correct when needed

Are you:

• Well organized and have an ability to meet multiple objectives and deadlines
• Understanding of how to maximize ROI whilst delivering for our customers
• Looking for adventures with a passion for the Reserve portfolio
• Outspoken, cool and charismatic
• Resilient and determined
• Naturally engaging and influential, and has a strong social media community
• Having Horeca and/or on-trade experience is a must
• Bachelor or Master degree is preferred
• Passion for LUXURY
• French native speaker and fluent in English and preferably fluently Dutch

We are looking for a grounded self-assured Brand Ambassador who can plan and deliver on-trade activations in Brussels area through advocacy, cocktail activation and brilliant execution. Spread the word about our amazing brands and champion social media activities within the local legal boundaries.
