Regional Sales Manager

External Job Description

Key objectives:
• Manage Diageo's business in the Volga region * to achieve proven sales plans and quantitative / qualitative distribution goals through direct distributors and wholesale channels;
• Confirm and monitor the progress of the regional strategy and priorities;
• participate in the definition of Rout to market in the Volga region *;
• Identify measures aimed at increasing sales volumes and attracting consumers;
• If necessary, interact with customers in order to maintain the reputation of the company, informing about the company and products, compliance with the company's rules and procedures;
• Effectively manage the Diageo team in the region, setting goals and tracking progress on tasks, and agreeing on development goals and plans.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education;
• At least 6 years of experience in sales of consumer goods;
• At least 1.5 - 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• At least 3 years of management experience;
• Experience in managing P & L in the region, successful examples of strengthening the indicators of the P & L report;
• Experience in developing and building effective partnerships with distributors;
• The English language is not lower than the intermediate / intermediate level.
