Justerini & Brooks is a London and Edinburgh & Hong Kong Wine Merchant, founded in 1749 and one of the world’s most recognised names in fine wine with a Royal Warrant and a high reputation for quality and service.

The international fine wine market is a competitive and demanding business. The focus for Justerini & Brooks is to continually develop our sales service in line with changing markets and client needs. The aim is to beat the competition and to develop long-standing private client & trade relationships by ensuring we offer market leading advice, stock and service to our customers.

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support for the HORECA sales team enabling them more customer facing, sales time. Provide practical support in the day to day running all Multiples and Key Accounts.

Top accountabilities:

Seasonal maintenance, production and distribution of the HoReCa Trade Price List
Bimonthly to Weekly maintenance, production and distribution to HoReCa team of the Trade Fine Wine list
Monthly maintenance and issue of bespoke customer Price Lists
Understanding J&B’s wine portfolio in order to provide educated and informed service to customers
Liaising with Buying & Marketing functions to ensure both timely information and company brand values are communicated to trade.
Assist Account Managers in the design, construction and lay-up of customer wine lists to meet their expectations of margin and profitability
Design and deliver bespoke, in outlet wine training sessions for multiples and other key accounts across the year
Organise, host and represent J&B during customer trips as required
Use the BI tool to generate sales and category reports for AMs
Use BI tool to analyse accounts to support account development, planning and provocation to account managers
Production of tasting sheets, spec sheets and other tools to support trade team activity
Attending all HORECA and PC tastings and assisting in the successful delivery of these

Qualifications & Experience required:

Genuine interest in wine, formal wine qualifications an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to build relationships with people at all levels
Extensive use of PC applications: MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Photoshop
Customer facing environment
Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
French speaking a distinct advantage
