Always wanted to try yourself in a Project area? Now this is your time to enrol to the Word of Projects! Diageo’s Project Delivery Centre is expanding and we are looking for talents. This role will open up your way to become even a Project Manager in the next couple of years! In this role you will be the right hand of Project Delivery Managers, helping them with reports, trackers, budget statuses, etc. so it’s good if you have a taste on preparing these. You will initiate projects, participate and coordinate Stage Gate reviews, support milestone tracking of projects. You will also be a key person to support and manage testing of new solutions, support the Go-live of projects!

How to serve:
Coordinate project initiation and change activities, financial and commercial reviews and approvals, gate reviews and decisions
Establish and deliver necessary reporting to ensure projects are on track to deliver outcomes agreed (local and global), including financials, schedule, resources and business outcomes Conduct analysis on health of portfolio for area, and provide inputs for monthly project review meetings Ensure projects are following global/ local governance and quality processes, eg initiation, architecture, gate reviews, testing, etc.
Manage contractor resourcing to ensure right person for the right project at the right price. E,g. close working relationship with procurement, establish and maintain quality vendor relations, development of robust role profiles, applicant screening, proper on boarding Ensure contractor resources are compliant e.g. fully executed Code of Business Conduct
Manage Financial and Resource trackers, team sites, etc for projects

Ingredients:
University/College degree in business
Ideally 3 years of experience working in a project environment
Experience working for global IS organization
Excellent English knowledge
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Highly organized with strong written and interpersonal communications skills
Process improvement, Project management, Business consulting, is an advantage
