We’re looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter to help us grow our Business in London. You’ll partner with peers across Talent Acquisition in addition to HR and the Senior Leadership team to help fill a variety of roles at Audible. You will build strong relationships with your internal clients to build and drive a strategy that will develop a continuous pipeline of uniquely qualified talent for consideration. You have experience managing full life cycle recruiting, developing creative sourcing strategies, performing thorough assessments, presenting qualified candidates for roles in different business groups at a variety of levels, managing the coordination of onsite interviews and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.


· Partnering with the business to devise creative sourcing strategies for multiple groups within Audible’s London office
· A track record of success in developing relationships and credibility with internal clients
· Coordinating, scheduling, hosting and conducting on-site interviews to ensure excellent candidate experience
· Accountability for reaching individual goals set
· The ability to manage contingency and retained search firms if necessary
· Appreciation of recruiting principles/strategies that will identify and attract exceptional talent
· Developing prospects into candidates by engaging and assessing them
· Presenting and sharing industry trends
· Negotiating offers with both the candidate and internal client to ensure a successful close
· Providing guidance and advice in partnership with leadership, HR partners, and other stakeholders


· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within the recruiting industry
· 4+ years full cycle recruiting experience
· Experienced recruiting with business partnering skills and the capability to deliver strong results in changing and fast moving environments
· Proven track record of hiring impressive and diverse talent across several different disciplines
· Expertise in sourcing, identifying, scheduling and recruiting candidates for specialized positions
· Ability to build and maintain a talent pipeline


· A combination of recruitment agency training and in-house experience
· A collaborative, team oriented approach with the ability to work closely with international colleagues
· Solution oriented approach.
