Primary and Supply Operations Lead - Order to Cash

The Taste:
The purpose of the role is to ensure seamless operation of the Primary & Supply areas for the serviced countries. This is a complex role that will require strong cross functional collaboration across Customer Supply/Logistics, Finance, Sales, Planning, Production and Sell to Cash Governance as well as working on process improvements.

• Act as the key operational support to the Head of Primary, Supply, North America & Global Travel, Monitor operational KPI performance of the Primary & Supply teams, and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and improve KPI performance.
• Act as first escalation point for Team Leaders for day to day issues on behalf of the Head of Primary & Supply
• Measure team performance with appropriate metrics, deep-dive into areas to understand drivers of results & trends
• Support key efficiency and process improvement workstreams delegated by Head of Primary, Supply, North America & Global Travel, including benefit analysis and monitoring performance to project milestones
• Share best practise between Customer Service Advisors and other Credit Control teams to ensure continuous quality and create possibilities for improvement
• Establish and maintain excellent business partner relationships facilitated by knowledge of markets/customers and their needs
• Proactively notify management where early warning signs of potential issues and any unusual activities are seen
• Ensure the Primary & Supply team has the appropriate support from Production and Supply Chain teams
• Maintain customer, process documentation (ensure changes are followed up and recorded in a coordinated manner)

How to Serve:
• College or University Degree
• 5+ years of proven track record in service management – preferably in Order to Cash function in a Shared Service Centre environment
• Fluent English knowledge
• Credit Management and Customer Service process knowledge
• Great stakeholder management skills with an ability to engage others through different levels in the organisation
• Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills, with the ability to bring insights and present recommendations
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and pressure
• Change management capabilities
• Experience in Microsoft Excel applications
