Your Responsibilities:
1. Operations and Contract Manager for direct national and global contracts for remote contracts.
2. Delivery coordination and customer and (internal) service team experience for contracts with remote bureau scope.
3. Responsible for commercial performance of remote contracts.
4. Oversight of tools and technologies to support the delivery of remote contracts.
5. Mobilisation of new contracts when won, and taking on the operational contract management of theses.
6. Responsible for customer satisfaction and quality related to remote deliveries.
7. Proactive involvement with sales to support bidding and winning of opportunities.
8. Be an integral part of the Services Forum.

About You:
Degree level or equivalent
Buildings industry or IT sector knowledge preferable
Strong commercial acumen
Relationship management; can build long term relationships
Customer focus; high level of customer interaction
