Project Manager – Enterprise Operations

The Taste:
This role will lead the delivery of low to medium complexity projects for example in finance/legal/IT/HR fields with multiple work streams or deployments.

• Plans the current and future project phases, identifies potential issues in advance, escalating before issues develop
• Ensures the team understand what to do in the next phase and is ready for it in advance
• Leads the team to deliver against the plan and timelines
• Creates integration across team members
• Holds project team members to account
• Accountable for a programme with rigorous governance
• Establishes at the outset clear & robust governance models and uses that governance to drive decisions & outcomes
• Ensures everyone is engaged behind the same outcome and everyone understand the agenda and is clear on what they need to do to deliver against it
• Builds credibility with stakeholders by presenting facts in a clear way with recommendations and proposals

How to Serve:
• University or College Degree in business management or equivalent
• Fluent Business English
• Experience of delivering projects within different functional areas of a multinational company mainly focusing on finance/HR/IT/Legal fields
• Strong organisational skills
• Able to work across all levels of the organisation
• Project management and methodology experience
• Able to build and maintain good business relationships
• Program Governance skills
• Advanced MS Office knowledge
