Due to significant growth over the last 12 months we are growing our Power Solutions sales team.

Power Solutions team are market leaders in LV electrical distribution, power metering and power monitoring & control software. Our EcoStruxure Power architecture differentiates us as the leader in critical power end markets within the context of a shift towards digital and IoT.


As a Power Quality Solutions Sales Engineer you will be a technical sales champion and opportunity leader. Partnering with Customer Account Managers you will profitably grow order intake for power quality products.

The critical mission of the role is to secure orders and sales growth with industrial/manufacturing end users, panel builders and consultants by driving the total sales process from lead identification/generation through to close. In this role you would work closely with colleagues in regional sales teams across Partner, Buildings and Services to grow our customer base through technical and solutions sales. A key part of the role is to ensure that we delight our customers throughout the sales process.


Actively promote the Power Quality offer with the target customer base, gaining orders, specification and standardisation.
Define technical requirements for customers and produce cost effective and deliverable solutions
Establish and implement a dynamic sales plan, following where appropriate established Schneider processes
Successfully identify the critical success factors and needs of the customers - capture these and translate into an offer or solution and capture an order from the customer
Work closely with internal colleagues in all areas including Transactional regional teams, marketing, Buildings regional teams, services and internal sales to ensure cross BU collaboration
Provide all relevant information in an accurate and timely manner, following Schneider processes where applicable
Manage and maintain customer relationships to develop profitable lifetime relationships with customers
Ensure that customers have the best possible experience


Excellent technical support during both pre-sales and project delivery and improving the awareness of our products in target markets.
