Representative for the development of brands in online clients on-trade

External Job Description

Key objectives:

to fulfill the sales plan in the on-trade channel of Moscow;
To develop partner relations with customers in the on-trade channel (bars, restaurants) in Moscow;
coordinate customers with distributors;
to ensure the necessary level of Diageo portfolio distribution in bars / restaurants in Moscow and increase their share in sales;
control over fulfillment of contractual obligations;
plan, launch and track the results of promotions;
To initiate new opportunities for activation of Diageo products in bars and restaurants, and also to ensure their implementation;
Track changes in trends in the alcohol sales market, competitor activities and purchasing behavior;
To conduct training of personnel of establishments on Diageo products ;
prepare necessary reporting.

Requirements for candidates:

higher education;
experience in sales in the FMCG company or in the bar industry in Moscow as a barman, bar manager, restaurant manager;
experience in the on - trade / HoReCa channel will be an advantage;
excellent skills of self-presentation and negotiation;
knowledge of the latest trends in the bar industry is desirable;
experienced PC user (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);
category "B" rights and the presence of a car is mandatory.
