The taste:

The purpose of this role is decision supporting for Finance, Commercial and Marketing teams through providing BPM reports and insights accurately and on time.

Ingredients:

Decision support for business partners through value add analysis and understanding of P&L movements
• Working closely with Global Travel BPM team
• Creation of reports to support the monthly BPM meetings and AOP process with P&L reports and provide Stock reports as well. Coordinate the monthly process by engaging stakeholders
• Calculation and processing of adjustments for prior year,
• Driving Innovation reporting. Creation of Innovation Best Value Forecast and BPM templates with commentary highlighting the gaps vs plan, presenting to Innovation director
• Composing reports for Group or Audit purposes
• Managing expectation of wide range of stakeholders, even on senior level
• Ensuring that financial processes are undertaken accurately, efficiently, on time and that the surrounding internal control procedures are strictly adhered to in lines with CARM processes
• To contribute ideas, energy, enthusiasm and support to the continuous process improvement
• Continuously maintains excellent personal and business relationship with market and in house stakeholders.

How to serve:

• University / College degree in finance / business
• Minimum 3 years of experience within Financial Accounting/ Reporting and/or Financial Controlling in a multinational environment (preferably in FMCG ) sector
• Internal / external audit experience and/or SOX is a plus
• Experience in a Shared services environment is considered as an advantage
• Fluent English knowledge
• Strong Excel knowledge
• Team player, with the ability to work independently
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
