Drive Business Performance Management process for Diageo Business Services
The Finance Manager manages planning, forecasting, accounting, reporting and BPM process for the entire Diageo Business Services Function. Ensure all above activities managed with high quality outcome with focus on ZBB principles, productivity targets and ongoing process & technology improvement. This role supports critical control processes to ensure accounting and reporting accuracy.


• Drive global Diageo Business Services BPM process including Performance Promise, Annual Plan, Monthly Actuals and opportunities & risks. Continuously improve the process.
• Manage the Financial Controls for Diageo Business Services including cost centre management, internal audit controls, and external audits
• Guiding and developing a high performance team of 7 people
• Provide high quality information to the DBS Finance Director and DBS Leadership Team

How to serve:

• University / College Degree in finance / business
• 8-10 years working and management experience in multinational corporate environment, with successful experience in managing and driving change
• Qualified accountant with strong financial control and Planning & Reporting experience
• Ability to work effectively with senior business partners from finance, marketing, sales, and IT functions.
• Excellent English language knowledge is a must
• Experience in people management
• Effective leadership and coaching skills
• Experience with Shared services process activities
• Project / change management
• Business experience and understanding
• Advanced knowledge in computer applications: SAP and Microsoft Office
