Your Mission:
To be part of a team carrying out service and maintenance of door Access, CCTV & Fire systems. In a manner that delivers safe, profitable, timely, high workmanship quality and fit for purpose for the customer and which promotes the company in a positive light at all times

Your responsibilities:
The execution of diverse Security related maintenance.
Perform in a professional manner to help build team and customer confidence and thereby contributing to the promotion of Service Business growth.
Provide support and development of others in terms of direction, advice, support, commitment, effort and dedication as required to fellow team members and customers.
To work within all set procedures and to ensure Health and Safety is the most important element in this regard.
Efficiently execute the Field Service Engineer role and all tasks allocated to you in a diligent manner / in pursuit of effective service delivery. Help others to increase skill range and knowledge in the process.
Carry out all maintenance and field quote works as per contract requirements.
Commercial awareness and completion of extra works against a set scope.
Keep safe and maintain all company property issued, ensure it is routinely PAT or calibration tested and bring to the company’s attention any items that are not of a serviceable nature in a timely manner.
Production of as built records, test results, updated drawings and reports for service visits.

About you:
You will hold the required Security & Electrical Qualifications & Knowledge. You will have good operational knowledge of door access, CCTV & Fire Alarm systems; site safety passport certification and/or experience of working on customer sites, commercial awareness and small project / extra works experience would be highly advantageous.
In addition you will have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and demonstrable customer care skills
