Schneider Electric already an established manufacturer of BMS with brands including Satchwell, Andover and TAC has a great opportunity in the UK market with its technology leading EcoStruxure BMS platform, our next BMS Product Marketing Manager will promote and drive our existing and new products through a multi-channel approach and create presence in the market to revolutionise the BMS approach from HVAC to a multi-disciplined building services/systems manager which encapsulates the value of IoT.

Schneider Electric Buildings has an exciting opportunity with our award winning BMS system, EcoStruxure for Buildings and the innovation it can bring to customers.

The BMS Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving our new system approach with the story of IoT and EcoStruxure framework. The EcoBuildings UK business will continue to launch exciting new products over the next few years which will strongly position our system across many segments. The job holder will have passion for BMS with a desire to develop solutions and campaigns which will increase our overall market presence and influence.

The mission of the BMS Product Marketing Manager is to provide strong commercial ownership and marketing support around the UK BMS offer. The individual will be required to partner with the sales teams, technical delivery teams and directly with customers to ensure that the products meet its objectives in terms of market share achievement, price positioning, profitability, customer satisfaction and product adoption alongside a number of various defined objectives. The job holder will also ensure that a strong marketing operational strategy is created and deployed, portfolio gaps are fed back into the R&D teams and that the offer is clearly aligned to our various routes to market.

Your Responsibilities include:
The primary country contact for the BMS offer including commercial reporting, technical and strategy development through working closely with Product Technical experts and BMS Business Manager.
Understand the competitive market environment, trends, price positioning and varied go-to market strategies including direct-branch and system integrators to Identify BMS market opportunities and develop an operational plan that secures an increase of market share.
Deployment of new offers from R&D for the UK business. Understanding offer fit for different customer types, new markets and execute a successful plan.
Act as the offer champion, being fully conversant in the application aspects of the BMS systems offer.
Develop and deploy communications by through Marketing Communication tools that both promote and inform on the offer capabilities/announcements.

About you:
BMS experience (desirable)
Business, Marketing qualification or/and experience (desirable)
Experience with strong BMS exposure to technical or commercial aspects of the product offer being managed
