The taste:

The purpose of this role is to provide business analysis expertise for Global Travel where you will serve as Business Performance Management Center of Expertise business partner & Single Point of Contact . You will lead and motivate the business analysis team for Global Travel.

Ingredients:

Own the business reporting & analysis agenda for Global Travel providing them with an exceptional reporting, analysis & decision support service
• Actively support the Global Travel BPM Manager in leading a comprehensive and integrated BPM process, by generating insightful analytical reporting suites that provide financial and commercial visibility and insights, used by the local Exec to support their decision making and track progress against strategic objectives (report content spans across brands, channels, categories, functional KPI’s etc.)
• Own the production of all non-standard (local) reports aligned to each unit and provide input into, and have awareness of, information provided in standard reports (developed by performance reporting) for GT. You will be responsible for ensuring that the reporting & analysis service for GT are provided at a consistently high level.
• Lead and motivate the business analysis team for GT, demonstrating drive to make a positive difference, influence and deliver through others, creating focus and clarity for your team.
• Deliver trend analysis, scenario modelling and opportunity assessments leading to insights and recommendations for GT bringing to life the bigger picture for non-Finance people.

How to serve:

• University / College degree in finance / economics / business administration
• Minimum 6-7 years business analysis experience at a multinational company
• Strong financial /commercial analysis background and the ability to flex to different market environments/ cultures
• 3+ years of team leadership / team development/ people management experience
• Proven ability to impact and influence, at a senior stakeholder level, virtually across markets with solid networking, influencing & communication skills.
• Ability to use data and information to drive insight and drive business performance.
• Fluent English is required. Fluent in a second European language is an advantage
• Thinking outside the box to develop viable business insights. Never be happy with the status quo; challenge our processes and ways of working to drive continuous improvement
IT skills/System knowledge
• Microsoft Office (Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Knowledge of SAP, BW, Anaplan or BI analytic tools is an advantage (Power BI, MicroStrategy, SQL)
