Manager, Lead Development

The Public Sector Global Lead Development Team is expanding in Dublin, Ireland! As a Manager of a Lead Development team, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of Public Sector cloud technologies.

The ideal candidate has a passion for technology and a successful track record in technology field and/or public sector market place. They are experienced in both building and leading an inside account manager and lead generation team. This role will be responsible for leading and building a team of lead generation specialists in support of our business in the United Kingdom and Ireland (UKIR). Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

· Coaching the team to ensure they are creating a strong pipeline of opportunities and leads across government, education and non-profit sectors in their assigned geography/market sector
· Developing relationships with UKIR leaders to drive leads to opportunities and shepherd those opportunities to closure
· Partnering with the local Public Sector marketing team to effectively capitalize on events and marketing campaigns, developing and executing comprehensive campaign plans
· Working in close alignment with country leaders, territory leaders, service teams, business development and partners to launch campaigns for your team, identify key targets and build out the contact database
· Using sales force automation tools to ensure all data is captured and tracked, and qualified leads are entered and assigned to appropriate resources
· Developing reporting and dashboards; defining KPIs and mechanisms to measure and drive productivity
· Indirectly driving revenue and market share across UKIR market segments and meet or exceed assigned performance targets.

· Significant account management or business development experience
· BA/BS degree or equivalent required
· Fluent in English and other European languages
· Proven experience building and retaining a world class outbound telesales team in high-technology or Public Sector


· Masters or MBA a plus
· A technical background in engineering, computer science/MIS or equivalent work experience very helpful
· Executive presence with highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills
· Proven track record of building and leading high-functioning, globally dispersed inside account/lead generation teams.
