This Net Revenue Management Business Partner is reporting to ‘GDBS Commercial Director’ and is focused on managing Polaris-based NRM analytics solution implementation Globally.

Responsibilities:

IT Systems Roadmap development for NRM Globally and participation in each market
Partnering with Diageo markets, Sales OPEX and NRM CoE to identify best fit for purpose of using NRM systems architecture across business processes blocks: Pricing, Promo and Trade Terms
In partnership with NRM CoE Lead and Sales OPEX defining NRM CoE service line for supporting program implementation and BAU
In partnership with GDBS Procurement provide Global vendor management
In partnership with Market BRMs defining the strategy of ‘landing’ NRM processes automation and supporting implementation
Through leadership and influence defining the demand and expanding NRM solutions set usage in order to maximize value of automation
Though NRM project promoting IBP rollout as well as pushing for commercial process standardization across markets

Dimensions of the role:
Financial
Evaluate end-to-end costs for implementation and supporting of NRM set of solutions. This includes assisting in the creation of business cases for all capital spend relating to IS investment/project portfolio spends
Understand and optimize the financial impact of technical solutions on the market recharge model

Market Complexity
Ability to define and evaluate the complexity of integration NRM Global toolset into existing business systems of the markets.
The candidate must be able to quickly grasp complex business and technology problems
Due to the nature of a global role, flexible working hours is key to coordinating activities within different time zones, while global travel may also be required (up to 50%).

Leadership Responsibilities
Through influence and Managing cross-board implementation global and market teams.
Ability to motivate and develop implementation and NRM CoE teams capabilities

Qualifications and experience required
The successful candidate will have strong internal communications experience.
Extensive experience in IT Business Partner Experience.
Experience in FMCG industry and consulting companies (Big Four accounting firm)
Evidence of project management
Deep understanding of planning processes within commercial, specifically in NRM space (Pricing, Promo, Trade Investment)
Experience of Polaris
Great leadership skills - team management and agility
Building International and cross divisional partnerships
Demonstrated experience working with executive sponsors and senior business leadership teams developing and delivering strategy and operating plans with demonstrated competency
Strategic thinking, leadership and relationship management
Understanding of complexities of multi-market implementation specifics
Degree level qualification.
