To that end, Amazon is seeking an exceptional Product Manager who will be part of a start-up group that’s defining and building cutting-edge products and services capabilities supporting Amazon’s current and future transportation initiatives.

As part of this new team you will drive the launch of new initiatives to Amazon customers to improve their delivery experience. In order to be successful in this position, you need to be comfortable driving business decisions in a high pressure and often ambiguous work environment, and interfacing and driving various functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, team oriented, and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. The person will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. This role will include a mix of long term strategic projects and short term tactical tasks.

Key responsibilities include:
· Work with stakeholders to evaluate and drive business decisions in an ambiguous environment, including engineering, legal, PR, and operations partners.
· Monitor key quality metrics, and defines and implements initiatives to drive improvements.
· Plans, directs, supervises and controls the execution of all business, technical, and administrative functions of the assigned program, project or sub-task.
· Comfortable in different roles, sometimes supporting, sometimes leading and has the ability to “roll up their sleeves” and jump in if needed, along with managing.
· Take accountability while providing status, asking for help and immediately escalating issues and problems as necessary.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven, successful background in a product management. They should also be able to display the following skills and experience.
· Bachelor’s Degree and fluent in French
· Significan experince of product management experience with excellent program and project management skills, including work prioritization, planning, and task delegation.
· Global product management experience within last mile sector
· Leading new product or start-up related projects where processes will need to be defined, implemented and iterated within last mile
· Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as ability to analyse quantitatively and problem-solve efficiently
· Proficiency with tools/systems to analyse data including Excel, Access, SQL or other data management systems
· Proven track record of successfully delivering high profile, high risk projects
· Enviable detail orientation and ability to organize, both self and others.
· Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, deadline-oriented work environment. You create order, without stifling progress and adaptation.
· Experience working with distributed teams, often in different countries.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Driving larger scale business operations including P&L and key metrics management and communication
· Experience with transportation and/or logistics
· International project experience
