DESCRIPTION

As the Manager of the ISV Success Managers (ISM) team, you will have the exciting opportunity to support AWS ecosystem of Technology Partners in their Go-To-Market in EMEA. These partners consist of some of the most innovative Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), SaaS and PaaS providers in the world building business solutions on the AWS platform in the cloud.
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage a team of ISM's who help define and execute go-to-market strategies with AWS Technology partners that enables greater adoption of their core products and services.

The ideal candidate has the ability to influence decision makers at the executive level of top Technology Partners. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to think strategically about business processes, growth requirements, and technical challenges. Success criteria for this position is heavily metrics driven, which necessitates a candidate that is detail oriented. The candidate should carry a technical bias for all things cloud/AWS and application architecture. This role sits at the convergence point between business development, marketing, product/services, legal, PR, and finance. The candidate must be able navigate these teams and their objectives with ease and prioritize accordingly, able to capably manage them to outcome.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Help develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market motions through a team of ISM's with executives at some of AWS largest Technology partners
· Capably matrix-manage multi-discipline teams internally and externally to outcome
· Help to develop and manage a joint pipeline with AWS partners
· Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (e.g. services teams, business development, marketing, PR, legal, support, etc.) to create new programs/strategies for addressing AWS Technology ecosystem
· Contribute to the development of the constantly evolving AWS Partner Network (APN)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s Degree required
· MBA or MSc in Computer Science preferred
· Significant experience in product management, project management, management consulting
· Strong technical knowledge with bias towards Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
· Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences.
· Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
· Self-motivated with a predisposition towards ownership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
MBA or MSc in Computer Science preferred.
