We are currently recruiting for an HR Services Project, CI (continuous improvement) and CS (customer satisfaction) Lead to work in our HR Services Centre based in Telford. This is a key role within HR Services UK&I team, reporting directly to the HR Services Manager. You will take the lead on all HR Services Projects from system implementations to process improvements delivering high quality, efficient and timely managed projects.

The role will be responsible for engaging with the HR/HR Services teams in country, regionally and globally to ensure services are aligned to business needs; applying a continuous improvement ethos to ultimately increase customer satisfaction and quality. The is a fully operational role so a hands-on approach is essential to ensure end to end success.
As the Project Lead within the team you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, overseeing and documenting all aspects of the specific projects you are working on. Working closely with the HR Services Manager and other key internal and external stakeholder at all level, you will have responsibility for ensuring that the scope and direction of each project is accurate and to schedule.

What will you bring to us? Proven experience in HR project management and continuous improvement; ideally 6 Sigma and Lean trained. Your technology experience will ideally include ADP, Oracle, Taleo, Cornerstone, ServiceNow (or similar systems) and your knowledge of HR processes will be gained from within a Shared Services environment.

The ability to work in a fast-paced, results based environment is essential together with the ability to navigate a complex, matrix structure within a global business. You will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and a passion for delivering customer excellence.
