We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Contract Support Assistant to join our team, based in Milton Keynes, reporting to the Corporate Services Director.

The role is focused on the provision of timely and quality contract support and advice to the IMServ commercial and procurement teams, with the emphasis on both purchase terms and adherence to best practice, together with supporting the Corporate Services Director on assigned projects. This is a high-profile position requiring substantial proactive integration with internal stakeholders at all levels to support their revenue and cost saving targets.

We are looking for you to demonstrate your exposure to commercial contracts at interview, together with your negotiation and IT skills. With a high degree of commercial acumen, you will have previous experience in a similar role, working with all levels of stakeholders including senior management.

Strong analytical skills, a logical approach and pro-active, resilient attitude is required, and the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintain excellent organisational and planning skills is essential.
