The above role sits in the department at the heart of our commercial business that ensures our sales teams have all the insight, growth drivers and tools they need to deliver fantastic performance. This role is responsible for driving trade investment impact by creating transparency on trade investment, pricing and promo, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to focus on, working with account teams to implement these and monitoring execution. We would fully expect that you dive deep into commercial insight into how to transform a P&L for the better.

Key outcomes:
Channel Planning:

Brand & Channel Plans
Work with activation teams
Work with insight team to deliver brand performance and changes in-flight
Pricing:

Drives multi-lens market analyses (5Cs: context, consumer, customer, competition and climate) for pricing opportunity identification and impact estimation:
Proposes pricing opportunities and develop pricing scenarios with Brand/Sales to optimize pricing architecture
Trade Investment:

Creates transparency on current trade investment health, including adherence to global architecture and true conditionality and compliance
Develops proposals to allocate trade investment across channels and customers based on customer segmentation
Identifies and prioritizes opportunities to align trade architecture to global standard, increase true conditionality and compliance, and move to Joint business planning (JBP) where possible.
