On this particular journey we offer:
You will be driving rate of sale of our brands. Shaping and delivering the annual calendar of channel activation and promotional plans together with the Northern European Customer Marketing team and owning the plans for Netherlands.
You will play an important part in finding and creating synergies across the Northern Europe On Trade CP&A team and implement change when applicable.
You are responsible for the customer marketing budget for On-Trade Netherlands and for maximizing return of investments.
You will manage relationship with the On Trade sales team, key customers, PR and Agencies as well as ensuring clear segmentation of accounts and work closely with the Benelux Wholesaler CP&A.

This journey might be for you if:
You have a bachelor Degree, ideally in marketing or economics
You have min 2 years working experience in a commercial FMCG environment, ideally in both sales and marketing/trade marketing
You have a track record in roles that require analytical thinking, data trend analysis and diagnosis
You understand customer needs, differences and adapt the customer proposition accordingly. Know and be responsive to the external influences on our business
You have strong project- and stakeholder management skills
Strong English skills (verbal & written)
