We are ideally looking for a student willing to work 10-12 hours over the week for a 6 month period until June 2018.

What do we offer?
As a working student you get the chance to be part of an ambitious and enthusiastic team of legal, financial and tax professionals. You support the Legal & Company Secretarial team and, in particular, provide legal administrative tasks in which you work closely with lawyers and paralegal assistants. In this position you will experience how the legal department of a multinational company operates. Moreover, you will be able to get to know the atmosphere and people within Diageo through many business and/or social activities.

What do we look for?
You are an advanced law student and you are accurate, proactive and able to set priorities; you have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages (both oral and in writing) and highly developed communication skills.

Job description:
independent processing of legal documents;
organizing, digitalizing and archiving information and documents, managing internal data files, actively managing archives;
assisting with the management of international bank accounts;
keeping records of registrations with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce
planning and organizing board meetings/conference calls, including logistic planning and execution, and preparing and circulating board packs.
